You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aegis Vitality and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site or Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India for the resolution of any disputes.
Before filing a claim against Aegis Vitality, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@aegisvitality.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Aegis Vitality may bring a formal proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Aegis Vitality on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Aegis Vitality concerning the Site and Services.
The failure of Aegis Vitality to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
